Last 3 years CA Certified / Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account


  • Past six month’s bank statements
  • Past three month’s Salary Slips
  • Form 16/Income tax returns
  • A declaration/affidavit to confirm no other loan has been availed

Self-employed Individual/Proprietorship

  • Business community proof or proof of business existence
  • Shop and Establishment Certificate Or
  • Vat Registration Certificate Or
  • Service Tax Certificates
  • Last 3 years’ IT tax returns with profit and loss account and balance sheet duly audited by CA
  • Latest 12 months bank statement
  • Existing Loans’ Sanction letters accompanied with repayment track record

Private Limited /Limited Company

  • Photographs of directors and duly signed and filled application form
  • PAN Card of Company
  • Age Proof and Residence proof of Directors
  • Business community proof or Proof of Business existence
  • Last 3 years IT returns with Profit & Loss account and balance sheet duly audited by CA.
  • Latest 12 months bank statement of Company of all current accounts and the Director’s Savings Bank Account
  • Existing Loans’ sanction letter with repayment track of company and all the Individual Directors

Property Documents

  • A Copy of the plan which has been approved for the proposed construction/extension
  • A Cost estimation /valuation report from Bank’s (or finance company) panel Charted Engineer
  • Current Sale agreement/ chain of deeds (in case of resale property)
  • An Allotment letter from housing board/ NOC of the society/Builder etc.

Apart from the above mentioned documents, banks can ask for additional documents according to the bank’s policy. It is in the interest of the applicant to see to it that the documents are submitted in the prescribed format for a glitch free application process.
